Terms of use

In short

• Play, read and share links as much as you like.
• Everything on ohkgo, from the games and their code to the ladies’ pictures and voices, belongs to ohkgo. Don’t copy it or use it elsewhere without our written permission.
• Play fair: no bots, scripts or cheating.

Our content

The games, their code and design, the characters of the Poker Lady Bar with their pictures, cards, voices and stories, the tools, the guides and other text, and the ohkgo name and logo all belong to ohkgo and are protected by copyright and other laws. © ohkgo. All rights reserved.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• copy, download in bulk, republish or sell any of it;
• use our pictures, voices, characters or code in another website, app, game or product;
• copy the site or the games, or take their code apart to make your own version;
• use any of it to train or build AI models.

The legends and the ladies are fictional characters, and their play comes from software. Card and chip sound effects are by Kenney (kenney.nl, CC0). The lounge music is by Pro Sensory (Alex McCulloch) and SpringySpringo (opengameart.org, CC0).

What you may share

You’re welcome to share links to any page, and screenshots of your own games, cards and results on social media, as long as you don’t edit out the ohkgo name and you say they come from ohkgo.games.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep access to your email address safe, because that’s how you sign in.
• You can delete your account at any time on your account page.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Points and play chips

• Play chips are for play only. They have no money value and can’t be bought, sold or cashed out.
• There are two kinds of points. ohk-points are the points you buy (point packs, the Monthly Pass) and win as weekly ranking rewards. Free points are the daily Member Extra Gain points and invite points.
• Both kinds can be used only on ohkgo, and free points are used first. Only ohk-points can also be swapped for gifts on the Redeem page.
• Points can’t be exchanged for money or moved to another account.

Fair play

Don’t use bots, scripts or other tools to play for you, don’t make extra accounts to collect rewards, and don’t use a bug to get chips, points, hearts or cards. If you find a bug, please tell us at cs@ohkgo.games.
